The name The Buffy and Lamar Show comes from nicknames they loving call each other. These two can’t think of a more accurate description of their life together than a “Show”!

A new episode of The Buffy and Lamar Show is released every Thursday. There is also a 8 week break between each season. All episodes begin with Hot Topics covered by Buffy and Lamar like only they can. Each episode features a thought provoking topic that is discussed by Buffy and Lamar. Some weeks, they are joined by a fascinating guest who share their prospective about the topic.
Most episodes are 50-70 minutes in length and are accompanied by discussion intended to encourage listeners to join the conversation.
